I was a qualified accountant charging £15 an hour.
Almost 15 years in finance. Technically brilliant with everyone else's numbers. And so avoidant with my own worth that I stayed stuck below the income I actually needed.
Financial confidence has three parts: money, finance and tax. My qualifications had finance and tax locked. The bit I was missing was money. Pricing, self-worth, actually asking for what I was worth.
