We never sell your personal data.
We only share your data with trusted suppliers who help us run the business, and only what they need. Some of these suppliers store data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
We may also share data where the law requires it, for example with HMRC.
We keep customer and financial records for six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as required by UK tax law. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Call recordings are kept only for as long as they are useful to your programme. Your member hub account, progress and team notes are kept while you are a member and deleted 18 months after you leave the programme.
